URB144 Potting & Encapsulation

  • Fast gel time: approximately 1 minute 15 seconds at 25°C (ASTM D2471).
  • Rapid viscosity build: reaches 100,000 cps in approximately 1 minute 45 seconds.
  • Mixed viscosity: approximately 650 cps at 25°C, supporting relatively easy flow during application.
  • High hardness: Shore D 82 ±10 after a 24-hour room-temperature cure (ASTM D2240).
  • Excellent dielectric strength: >500 volts/mil at 25°C.
  • High volume resistivity: 4.6 × 10¹⁴ ohm-cm at 23°C and 1.0 × 10¹⁵ ohm-cm at 30°C.
  • High surface resistivity: 3.8 × 10¹⁵ ohm at 23°C and 1.7 × 10¹⁶ ohm at 30°C.
