SMT Stencil Assembly Materials

Protavic adhesives are used in the assembly of SMT & thick film stencils and have a strong history of use in the field. Our stencil adhesives are used for bonding the mesh to frame and foil to mesh. We offer products that cure quickly with low heat and toughened versions for extreme environments on foil with or without holes. All of the products are available in standard white, gray, and green. Other colors available upon request.

Product Description Mesh Release Use Viscosity Application Foil Type
ANE-47927 Industry Standard Adhesive. Good chemical and heat resistance. Excellent for stencil and screen bonding due to its high strength and fast cure at low temperatures. 15 min Paste Both Holes
ANE-47921 Toughened Stencil Adhesive. Better chemical and heat resistance. This material is excellent for bonding mesh to frame and mesh to foil. The toughened properties provide robust final properties for ultrasonic cleaning processes. 30 min Paste Both Holes
ANE-57105 Fast curing black fiducial filler. This material is easy to use and fast to cure. 5 min Flowable Fiducial All
ANE-47932 Toughened Stencil Adhesive. Best chemical and heat resistance for the most extreme environments. This material will bond to stencil foil without holes and can withstand high heat (above 135°F) and harsh chemical environments. This product requires heat assist cure (150°F min) to achieve optimal properties. 30 min Paste Both No Holes
